The Ring -

Welcoming, warm, and solid. Our fireball is a rough beauty with a sweltering hot heart. Its curved shape with vents between the slats providing extra oxygen for the fire. 

MATERIALS - 

The Ring has a generous size of 105 cm diameter and is made from high-quality Corten steel, giving it a modern look all while maintaining a sturdy durable coating. The feet, hidden almost entirely underneath the bowl, let The Ring hover gently above the ground.

THE COVER PLATE - 

Transform The Ring into an outdoor lounge or side table with the 2-piece cover plate. Also ideal to keep your garden or patio ash-free and to safely leave a dying fire behind.

The convenient hole in the centre makes it easy to open and close the cover plate. Made from 2mm thick Corten steel.

THE ASHTRAY - 

Extra option at The Ring. Made to catch the ashes. Does not stand out and is perfect just to slide (from) under the fire bowl.

THE AXE - 

Practical, classy and a bit quirky. The Axe is equally functional as it is decorative. Have it as a staple next to your pile of logs or hanging fiercely on your wall. Each Axe is an exclusive, individually numbered collector's item and comes with its own certificate of authenticity. Delivered in a wooden crate as standard - the perfect gift. The head of The Axe is made from sturdy German steel, its body from ash wood.

Delivery & Returns

Order Confirmation: As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card, however, your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.

Order Delivery: Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 5 working days. We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at hello@thegardenflame.co.uk so that we can help.

Damages: We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to hello@thegardenflame.co.uk so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds: Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.
