UK Delivery Coverage

We deliver across mainland UK. For locations outside mainland UK — including Scotland and the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Northern Ireland, Cornwall, and Devon — please contact us before placing your order:

Order Dispatch & Tracking

Once your order is placed and in stock, we will:

  1. Charge your card for the order.
  2. Dispatch your items within 5 working days.
  3. Send tracking details via email within 24 hours of dispatch.

Delivery Costs

  • Free Delivery on all orders over £500.
  • Orders under £500: delivery ranges from £9.95 to £44.95, depending on item size and type.
  • Large or delicate products may require specialist couriers with a fixed fee of £60.
  • Your exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout before payment.

Delivery Times

  • Dispatch: 1–7 working days from order placement, depending on stock availability.
  • Transit: 2–7 days, depending on the product and delivery address.
  • Tracking details will be provided to help you monitor your delivery.

Signature & Missed Deliveries

  • Most orders require a signature on delivery.
  • If you miss a delivery, the item may be returned to our warehouse. Additional fees may apply for re-delivery and storage.

Damaged Items

Inspect all items upon delivery.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders cancelled after 48 hours may incur additional fees.
  • If an order has already been dispatched, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
