GrillSymbol Pizzo XL – Premium Wood Fired Pizza Oven Set

The GrillSymbol Pizzo XL Set combines authentic Italian pizza oven craftsmanship with Nordic practical design. This set includes the Pizzo XL wood fired pizza oven and the large Baso-XL side table, providing a complete outdoor cooking station.

Whether you’re baking pizzas, breads, or pastries, this oven delivers professional results in minutes thanks to its high-temperature range of 300–400°C.

Efficient and Versatile Cooking

With its 60 × 60 cm stone baking surface, the Pizzo XL oven accommodates two 30 cm pizzas simultaneously. Its excellent thermal insulation allows it to stay hot for hours, making it suitable for:

  • White, rye, and artisan bread
  • Ciabatta, focaccia, and flatbreads
  • Pastries and baked dishes

The double-layered door with reflective sheet maximises heat retention, and shallow pans up to 30 × 59 × 11 cm can also be used.

Durable COR-TEN and Stainless Steel Construction

The Pizzo XL oven features:

  • Stainless steel interior for heat retention and hygiene
  • COR-TEN steel exterior for a unique reddish-brown patina that develops naturally over time
  • Weatherproof design suitable for year-round outdoor use
  • Chimney that may turn purple under high heat — normal and does not affect performance

Integrated Baso-XL Side Table

The large Baso-XL prep table provides:

  • Ample surfaces for pizza preparation, firewood, and accessories
  • Adjustable legs to maintain a consistent work height of 85 cm
  • Option to attach wheels for easy mobility (sold separately)
  • Flexible installation — pizza oven can be mounted on the left or right side

Easy Setup and Maintenance

COR-TEN steel is durable, maintenance-free, and develops a deep reddish-brown patina with age. Initially grey, the surface darkens naturally over time.

Delivery & Returns

Order Confirmation: As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card, however, your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.

Order Delivery: Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 5 working days. We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at hello@thegardenflame.co.uk so that we can help.

Damages: We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to hello@thegardenflame.co.uk so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds: Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.
