The GrillSymbol Lucas Fire Pit is the largest fire pit in the GrillSymbol collection, designed to bring warmth, light and atmosphere to expansive gardens and outdoor entertaining areas. True to its name — Lucas, meaning “the one who brings light” — this fire pit creates a powerful focal point for evening gatherings.

Heavy-Duty Corten Steel with Timeless Character
The Lucas fire pit is crafted from 3 mm Corten steel, a nearly pure carbon steel that naturally forms a protective surface layer when exposed to the elements. Over time, the fire pit develops a distinctive rich reddish-brown patina, giving every unit a unique, evolving finish.
Corten steel is fully weather-resistant, maintenance-free and perfectly suited to year-round outdoor use in the UK.
Practical Design with Easy Ash Management
Unlike standard fire bowls, the Lucas fire pit features an internal ash basket, allowing for quick and clean removal of ash after use. This makes maintenance simple while keeping the fire pit looking refined and uncluttered.
The fire pit is supported by three solid stainless steel legs, ensuring excellent stability even on uneven garden surfaces.
Designed for Safety, Drainage & Longevity
Drainage holes in the base prevent water from pooling inside the fire pit, while allowing small embers to fall safely away from the fire. For safety reasons, Lucas should not be installed on wooden surfaces, as heat transfers through the base during use.
When not in use, a matching Corten steel lid (available separately) protects the hearth, keeps rain out and gives the fire pit a clean, architectural appearance.

The Lucas fire pit lid is made from 2 mm Corten steel and fits perfectly over the fire pit, hiding the hearth and helping keep the interior dry. Stainless steel handles allow easy lifting, and installation takes just minutes.
