The GrillSymbol Charcoal Grill Chef is a masterful fusion of traditional barbecue design and contemporary materials. Updated in 2024, this new-generation model delivers a 20% larger grilling capacity, making it ideal for entertaining while maintaining the timeless appeal of a classic charcoal grill.

Constructed from 3mm Corten steel with stainless steel detailing, the Chef grill offers exceptional heat stability, durability, and visual impact. Over time, the Corten steel develops a rich, darker patina, giving each grill a unique, evolving character that stands out in any outdoor space.

Built for precision heat control

At the heart of the Chef grill is a solid 5mm steel grill grate, engineered to retain heat evenly for superior cooking results. The enlarged cooking surface allows you to grill with a standard grate alongside a WOK pan or plancha, giving you flexibility rarely found in charcoal grills.

Airflow is expertly managed through side ventilation holes and an adjustable lid vent, allowing precise temperature control whether slow-grilling or searing at high heat. An external thermometer (0–300°C) keeps you in full control throughout the cooking process.

Sustainable design & weatherproof materials

GrillSymbol has designed the Chef grill with sustainability in mind. The legs and smaller components are produced using manufacturing offcuts, reducing waste while maintaining structural strength.

Both Corten steel and stainless steel are naturally weather-resistant, meaning the Chef grill can remain outdoors all year round. Even during heavy rain, any moisture that enters drains safely through the base ventilation hole without damaging the grill.

Delivery & Returns

Order Confirmation: As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card, however, your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.

Order Delivery: Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 5 working days. We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at hello@thegardenflame.co.uk so that we can help.

Damages: We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to hello@thegardenflame.co.uk so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds: Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.
