The refractory chamotte fire floor, certified for food use, ensures even heat distribution and authentic stone-baked results. Its electro-galvanized steel exterior with high-temperature paint provides outstanding resistance to heat and weather, while natural rock wool insulation keeps the oven’s exterior safe to touch, maintaining consistent internal temperatures for superior cooking performance.
