The great Fontana classic is reborn. First introduced over 20 years ago, the Gusto returns with a refined, contemporary restyling — all while preserving the traditional features that have made it the dream oven for cooking enthusiasts around the world.
Crafted with stainless steel and a sophisticated anthracite-painted finish, the Gusto blends Italian design excellence with exceptional durability. Its three-level cooking chamber, made of stainless steel and refractory plates, ensures outstanding heat distribution for perfect cooking results every time. Equipped with dual ventilation and interior lighting, it offers full control and visibility throughout the cooking process.
Each oven comes complete with grills, cooking pans, a stainless steel chimney, front and side worktops, and a fire tool, as well as an integrated thermometer and timer for ease of use and precision cooking.

Built to last a lifetime, the Gusto features solid-welded construction made from 2.5 mm thick 304 and 441 stainless steel, reinforced with a 5 mm Corten steel panel and heavy-duty cast iron doors. This robust engineering ensures decades of reliable, rust-free performance, even under the most demanding conditions.
Superior Insulation & Safety
A full 12 cm layer of insulation surrounds the cooking chamber, maximizing heat retention and fuel efficiency. Despite its impressive internal temperatures, the oven’s exterior remains cool and safe to the touch, ensuring both comfort and safety during operation.

At Fontana, we believe perfection lies in the details. The Gusto includes both a stainless steel chimney damper and a sliding chamber damper to provide superior heat retention and precise temperature control.
